The surgeon is a boardcertified physician who has performed several thousand refractive procedures and is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons. He graduated with honors from Harvard College, obtained his medical degree from Northwestern University, and completed his ophthalmology training at Kansas University, performing more eye surgeries than over 90% of his colleagues nationally. He also scored above the 90th percentile of all eye surgeons nationwide on his ophthalmology board certification exams.
