Doctor is a board certified Ophthalmologist and a native of Western Pennsylvania who has performed over 20,000 refractive procedures. Doctor is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the Pennsylvania Medical Society, the International Society of Refractive Surgeons and the Pennsylvania Academy of Ophthalmology. He is a graduate of Allegheny College and the Penn State University College of Medicine.
